Kent County Council has Unsatisfied CCJ's

It has come to my attention that Kent County Council is now a Registered Business?
Business No UC2092047

It also appears to have a number of UNSATISFIED COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENTS against its name totalling £17,297.

I tried to find out what these CCJ’s are for using the FOI act but unfortunately this information is apparently considered exempt under the act.
